The first day of the 11th annual Santa Fe Trail Balloon Rally in Raton, New Mexico was beautiful to start but got a little windy and the direction was straight toward the mountains that the organizers said not to fly to so I decided to land a little short. Actually it was my shortest flight ever. I logged approximately 3 minutes of flight time. After the flight we went to the lake at Sugarite State Park. Really nice day.
